Klemchuk Kubasta LLP (KK LLP), a leading full-service intellectual property (IP) law firm, announces the appointment of Chelsea Green as chief operating officer (COO) of their North Texas law practice, effective April 01, 2012.

As COO, Green will be in charge of managing Klemchuk Kubasta’s operational business units, which include the functions of marketing, business development, finance, client service, and employee services.  According to Darin M. Klemchuk, the firm’s co-founder and Managing Partner, Green will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations.  This  will free the partners of daily management functions, giving them time to focus on growing the law practice.”

In her roll as COO, Green will be tasked with building and measuring performance and profitability targets to improve operational efficiency.  She will also be responsible for standardizing and maintaining continuous quality improvement protocols firm-wide.  As a firm committed to community involvement, Green will also help manage the firm’s charity relationship with the Entrepreneurs For North Texas (EFNT).
